Serving a Winding Up Petition
If you need to serve a Winding Up or Bankruptcy Petition or Order against a debtor you would normally have already served them with a Statutory Demand If you have served the Demand and area ready to issue and serve the Winding-Up Order then we can assist you with service of this for a Fixed Fee.

To instruct us to attend the address and to serve a Winding-Up Petition, just post the papers to us together with a further copy so we can exhibit this to our certificate of service or Affidavit. For cases with limited timescale's we can arrange collection of the papers from you. (additional fee may apply)

Once the Instructions are received we will carry out service. We will always carry out three attempts of service, each time gathering information from neighbours to ascertain the best time to call in order to secure a successful serve.

Upon Successful service, the Document will be posted Special Delivery or handed back to you with the required Certificate of Service or sworn Affidavit to confirm the Order has been served.
